The poster series A NEW LAND portrays two women who have fled their home and everything they have known. They have come to a new land and have found security and look forward to a new world that they hope is without fear. Behind them is the shadow that symbolizes the experiences they have left behind, but which will always follow them.
Cecilie Lund-Rasmussen (b. 1992) is a Danish artist from Allerød, north of Copenhagen. She works in watercolour, oil and acrylic paint, as well as graphite and marker. Cecilie creates the works based on a conviction that we as people are created in time and space and thereby in the contemporary times we live in and are a part of. Therefore, there will often be small political comments hidden in her works. Cecilie hopes in particular that the viewer gets a different feeling or insight than they had before meeting the work. Her works are often portraits, where the portrayed are minorities or people who fall out of the usual norm. His emotional state is projected out so that the body can appear dualistically and be made at once bizarre and poetic. The person portrayed in the work is often put in a situation or staging where they process what happens in the human brain, for example in the work with sadness, joy or anxiety.

Our products are handmade in our workshop in Odense C. Through a gentle and careful production process, we transform paper waste into new products. We believe that every single product we make is treated with the same focus on quality and level of detail.
Responsible consumption and production
Our goal is to inspire consumers and companies to recycle more and use responsibly. Therefore, our products are created from 100% recycled paper waste, which we collect from companies and institutions around the country. Paper is made from trees and is a valuable resource. We work every day to preserve the earth's forests by giving new life to products made from 100% recycled paper waste.
We do not add glue, chemicals or cellulose (wood fibers) when we create your products, and we only print when your order has been completed. In this way, we ensure responsible production with a clear conscience and with love for Danish craftsmanship.
Payment and delivery
There is free shipping on all orders from DKK 699. As our products are handmade, longer production times may occur. However, we endeavor to deliver your product within 1-4 working days.
You pay through a secure system via Shopify payments and / or Quick pay. We accept payment with VISA, Visa electron, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Dankort and Mobile Pay as well as JCB, Diners Club and Sofort. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
