These terms and conditions apply to private consumers' purchases of goods from Papirværk. It is not possible to use any VAT / CVR number on the webshop. If you buy as a business customer within the EU on our webshop, you are solely responsible for VAT refunds. If you wish to purchase as a business customer please contact us at papirvaerk@papirvaerk.dk

Please note that customs duties abroad are not included in the price and will therefore be imposed upon receipt of order in that country. As a consumer, you are assigned responsibility for customs and payment.

Delivery and production time

Since our products are handmade extended production times of 1-3 business days may occur. We process your order and begin the production as soon as you have made your order. Once your order is ready for delivery we strive to deliver it within: 
Denmark: 1-2 business days
Scandinavia: 2-7 business days
Europe: 3-8 business days
Oversea: 10-14 business days


You pay through a secure system via Shopify payments and/or Quick Pay. We accept payment with VISA, Visa Electron, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Dankort and Mobile Pay as well as JCB, Diners Club, and Sofort. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the item is shipped. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Papirværk uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data is secure and cannot be read by anyone else.
Papirværk's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

24 month guarantee

As a customer of Papirværk, you have 24 months to file a complaint. The customer must submit the complaint within a reasonable time, which is 2 months after the customer has noticed the error or damage. If you have a complaint, please contact papirvaerk@papirvaerk.dk - always remember to attach relevant images of the product.


Have you received damaged goods?
Please send photo documentation of the delivery, both inside and outside of the package. Make sure that the package label is visible in the picture. Contact us directly at papirvaerk@papirvaerk.dk.
We will process your complaint as soon as we receive notification of it. We do not require damaged goods to be returned, but we encourage it as it can help us avoid unnecessary waste of resources that have occurred during the production of the damaged product.
Papirværk is not responsible for payment and delivery of returned goods.


Once you have received your order you have 14 days thereafter to exchange your product. Note, however, that this can only be done if the item is in undamaged condition. All expenses associated with returning goods are paid by the customer. Please contact papirvaerk@papirvaerk.dk so we can track the order. All return orders should be sent to:

 Refunds of the payed amount can take up to 14 business days.


At Papirværk, we reserve the right for typing and/or grammatical errors as well as color changes.

Privacy policy

Papirværk understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet. Papirværk will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties, unless it is necessary to complete a transaction. Papirværk will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card information, or personal data to third parties without your prior consent.
